Dream On There comes a time in the state of debt when you feel there is no where else to look but up. I feel I have reached that.    Things should be looking up soon. In fact in my journey out of debt I feel as if I am now reaching bottom and looking up.     I have offered in earlier posts some suggestions as to how you can deal with the debt problem so that you slowly climb up and out and start to show a surplus.     Not that the surplus at the moment frees you from what you owe. By this I mean I have paid off enough that I have a bit of breathing room from my maximum on each card. Not that this gives me the right to use the card again. Oh, no.     No one likes to stay in debt.   It was a problem that was easily fixed.  My market on the internet,  was showing small icons. Always will be.     Money is a form of exchange. Goods for service rendered.      Money is for exchange of time.       When person is in debt, as I am, it is best to make a statement of where you are so that you will have a snapshot of where you want to spring from.        Since I have a business I need to call a meeting now and again to inform myself where I am in the journey. I take the minutes and include a treasurers report. I note where I am at the moment. I report how much I owe on my Visa and Master Card- at what rate.        Over time I can look back and see if I am bringing the debt down or adding to it.        I am a bit lazy about calling meetings since I am the only one. I have found I can't keep all the information In my mind, I need to record it someplace. Also this keeping of minutes and the calling  of meetings is good practice.   To continue the posting. Wealth is a state of mind. It is a choice to be wealthy. That works only if you can get it through your mind wealth is not based on what you have but what you spend. You may have lots of cash but if you are spending more than you have available, I would doubt if that could be called wealth.     That said I want you to know I am still in debt so even if I spend no more from this day on I still need to determine to pay down my debt.
