The Further Saga of The Business

For those of you who have read the last posting in this blog series will recognize the name 1st American Leasing. They are a business in Grand Rapids, MI. A man there called Stephen has sent me recently a delinquency notice. He wants me to pay up.
As I have been saying my business account is overdrawn and therefore I have , I hope, stopped payments from it.
He states I have an agreement with his business, 1st American Leasing, to pay for 48 months a deal with his company. He wants to put me into collection and send it to a collection lawyer. (I am just saying what he says. So stop rolling your eyes and laughing so hard)
The further saga of the business.
So I held a meeting with my business group and it has been suggested I take a partial  distribution from an IRA and reactivate my business account so I can have some money still in the account to keep on doing what I do.. sell online vitamins and work in the affiliate market place.
Meanwhile, no, I would not recommend them to anyone. If you need a marketing machine as mentioned my last post, they are not the place to look for it. Steve says he purchased the machine that he sent to my business and it was a purchase I made like for an automobile. Okay. Then if I were to return the auto I could get credit, right? Steve, if what he says is true, should be able to give credit for the returned machine, if it can be equated the same.
Steve has no email address. What company in 2014 doesn't have email addresses for it's employees? And the web site they have is a one page information sheet with an op-in feature.
So I will attempt to get hold of him and place this idea before him and hope that he will allow the deal to go.
